Capital's clear and well designed user
interface can be seen here. On the left is the ControlBar where operators can
select which areas of the program to use. As the ControlBar icon is selected,
the map to the right changes, showing further areas of operation in more
detail.
The visibility and ordering of the items that appear on the ControlBar can be changed by the System
Administrator with the Enterprise Edition

One of the most exciting and innovative aspects of Capital is its unique ability to let you customise
your master databases. This screen shot of stock control shows a business
set-up for 8 levels of cost and sell pricing.
Up to 25 price fields can easily be added. You can design your own pricing structures and alter the
display elements of the stock control system using Capital's Screen Building
tools. Add unique fields, remove unwanted information or move fields across
multiple pages. Most important of all: customisations do not prevent you from
upgrading your software at any time

Fast access to key information is seldom more than a few tabbed key presses away. This particular screen
shows how customer transaction history, product sales, pending back orders,
sales orders, quotations and service manager job cards can be viewed quickly
from within the same area. By clicking on the Rec button, users can view the
account details of any selected transaction.

This menu map shows the operational flow of the various components of the
quotation, ordering, back ordering, purchasing and invoicing systems.
The Enterprise Edition of Capital allows you to fully customise (using your
mouse) the available menu maps or design your own for improved operator
workflow management.

3D business charts highlight important information when processing transactions,
such as overdue account balances. Users can also view other related
transactions or 'zoom' into stock control, find and tag items, and then paste
them into the current transaction.

The cleanly designed transaction input screens allow you to view product,
account, credit control and other information by pressing on tab buttons across
the top of the input window. An extensive column library is included, and the
size, position and column type can be selected by the user. Column types
include: list price, back order quantity, location, weight, available stock,
discount, mark-up, tax amount, tax rate, required by date, and so on

Bank reconciliations can be performed easily in Capital by clicking on the Bank
Statement tab button. The on-screen running balance allows you to easily
compare your bank's printed statements against the entries recorded in your
system.
